We rounded up our staff for the first group training session of the year. Focusing on tea tasting, brew methods (including cupping and pour-over) and discussions about service, we like to see training as a session where we can experiment and open ourselves up to debate on customer feedback.
We followed that with our first staff outing to Pure, a new bar opened by ale brewery Purity. Delicious range of bitters on tap and a fantastic new addition to the neighbourhood. Thumbs up for the Ubu ale glazed pork pie too.Categories: Uncategorized
